Bride & Groom: Snehal and Shantanu
As the photography team for this incredible wedding, it was our responsibility to capture all the special moments of the big day. We captured every moment with such clarity, that it felt as if you were part of the ceremony and celebration yourself.
The engagement night had a subtle pastel theme, where we made sure to capture all the family members together in a group shot. The bride and groom looked so beautiful that night, and their outfits complimented each other perfectly.
The Haladi ceremony was probably our favourite event to photograph! The traditional marigold decorations were absolutely stunning, and we were able to get some great shots of everyone in their traditional attire.
The Sangeet night was filled with laughter and joy, and we got some amazing pictures of everyone dancing together while dressed in their cocktail wear. Everyone seemed to be having a great time! We took various pictures at different angles and perspectives during this event.
Lastly, we covered the Vidhi ceremony which had a traditional Maharashtrian theme. All eyes were on the bride and groom as they took their vows.
Overall, it was an amazing experience being part of this heartwarming wedding experience. We feel privileged to have been able to capture such precious memories – ones which will last a lifetime!
Candid talks with the Bride : Shantanu and I met through my best friend who is also his cousin. We became very good friends first, the kind of friend you go to because you know they are natural masters of lightening your mood. Soon our friendship turned into love and not long after, we realised that this is meant to be.
For the better part of the time, we have been in this relationship long distance, thousands of miles away from each other in the USA. But we stuck to each other like a couple of magnets, through thick and thin.
Our wedding was a memorable celebration of coming together, despite our different backgrounds. Every detail honored both sides’ traditions—from the traditional ceremonies to custom-made outfits that married us in more than one way! Our families were united with love and respect, making it an extra special day for all involved.
